THE ONLINE (DIGITAL) REGISTRATION OPTION WILL CLOSE AT 7PM ON SATURDAY, MARCH 29.
All guests participating in a Tryon Hounds' Hunter Pace need to submit an up to date negative coggins report for the horse they plan to ride in addition to signing the appropriate waivers.
If you are 18 or over, you can choose to:
- GO ALL DIGITAL - Pay entry fee, Sign waivers & submit Coggins online.
- SUBMIT MANUALLY - Print out, sign, and hand deliver waivers and Coggins.
If you are under the age of 18, you will need to:
- SUBMIT MANUALLY - Print out, have parents or guardians sign, and hand deliver waivers and Coggins.
MANUAL SUBMISSIONS - please complete the following steps and bring your paperwork and your payment to the Hunter Pace Registration Desk.
You will not be allowed to participate until your paperwork is completed. Remember to bring any fees associated with participation with you!
- COGGINS - Print a copy of an up to date (within 1 year) negative coggins report for the horse you plan to ride (required to participate in a Tryon Hounds activity.)
- WAIVERS & ENTRY FORM - Print out and SIGN (or if you are under the age of 18 have your parents or guardians SIGN) the required waivers and entry form - select below.
- Riding in the Spring Hunter Pace at Anderson's Field
TO COMPLETE THE DIGITAL REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE ALL THE STEPS BELOW:
- Identify yourself.
- Upload a valid coggins report for the horse you will be riding.
- Pay the $45 entry fee plus $2.00 processing fee via credit card.
- Sign the digital waivers required.
- Visit the registration desk at the Hunter Pace to pick up your pinny. The registrar will have an entry form for all those that have signed digital waivers and paid online.
By completing this process online, you understand and agree with the following Warning and Release & Waiver. You are still required to sign the digital waiver.

RELEASE & WAIVER
I am participating in this equestrian activity at my own risk. I understand that this is a high-risk sport. I hereby assume all risks and further release and hold harmless the Organizers, Tryon Hounds, Inc., organizing committee, judges and officials, all landowners, employees, Western Carolina Hunter Pace, and volunteers from all liability for negligence resulting in accidents, damage, injury or illness to myself or my property, including the horse or horses with which I will be participating.
Make sure you have a digital copy of your up to date negative Coggins test (within 1 year) available before you start this process.
