A hunt Subscriber wishing to nominate a prospective new member for either Riding or Social membership should fill out this form following the established guidelines. The proposer should make nominees aware of all financial obligations. All information should be checked for accuracy with the prospective member. Candidates for riding membership must also fulfill the capping obligations in the hunt field. After completing these requirements, the sponsor will then present the nominee’s application to the Membership Committee for acceptance at which time it will be forwarded to the Board. Upon approval of the Board, an invitation from the Masters of Foxhounds will be sent to the address listed below.
